Costa Rica Sport Fishing Adventure specializes in 3-5 day conventional and fly fishing salt water deep sea packages from economy to luxurious for 2-8 people as well as 1 day tours!

 

Package 1

We would like to offer you our 1 day trips aboard 3 different boat sizes for your group size as well as bugdet needs. Fish on our luxury 65 ft. sport fishing yacht with our private chef with up to 8 people to our 55 ft. fishing machine that will handle up to 6 people to our 30 ft. Boston Whaler with the perfect speed to chase Tuna, as well as sailfish, which accommodates up to 3 people.

Package 2

Spend 3 or 5 days fishing with us aboard our 65 ft. sport fishing yacht. You will fish with us for approximately 8 hours and will be pampered in our huge salon by our private chef for breakfast and lunch while aboard the boat. Each evening you will be escorted to your luxurious condo, at the resort, where you will have the time to entertain yourselves at one of the restaurants or visit the many stores in Jaco just 5 minutes away.

Package 3

Visit us for 3 or 5 days aboard a 47 ft. sport fishing boat for 8 hours of incredible fishing. At the end of each day you will be shuttled to a new condo in Jaco just 30 meters from the beach. Enjoy your evenings with all the entertainment this tourist town has to offer.

Package 4

This is our fisherman's fisherman package. Join us and our IGFA Captain of the Year for 2006 who has 119 world fishing records to his name,in Golfito southern coast of Costa Rica, for 3 or 5 days of incredible deep sea fly fishing aboard a 40 ft. or 30 ft. fishing boat for everything from huge Pacific Sailfish to Roosterfish and Red Snapper. Your trip starts with a short flight from the capital of Costa Rica, San Jose, to the south west corner of the country landing in Golfito where you will return the same way. Your stays every night will be in a beautiful brand new hotel on the north end of town which has all the amenities you will possibly need.

Package 5

As an added bonus we offer a womens leisure bundle for those that will not be participating in the angling excitement and would like to experience their own adventure such as outdoor tours, spa, dining, surfing, etc. Get your package with a bachelor party

Overview

All our packages above include hotel rooms your arriving and departing evenings as well as pick up and shuttle to and from San Jose to your required destination.

Weather

This time of the year the weather is pretty predictable. The outside temperature will be 80-90F (27-32C) with 65% humidity and most importantly the wind and water calm. The temperature in the yacht will be 72 degrees around the clock for your enjoyment.
The cockpit has been outfitted with a canopy that shades the entire area so direct sun is never a problem. Water temperatures should be between 78 – 87 degrees depending on ocean depth.

Wardrobe

We recommend that you bring a pair of deck shoes for fishing on board, t-shirts for some protection from the sun, and a few pairs of shorts as well as a hat. It actually can be a little cool inside the yacht, while you’re resting your arms, so a bit more clothing is suggested for time spent inside relaxing and it’s nice to clean up and put on a fresh outfit at dinner time. Obviously whatever you bring, casual is the operative word. Don't forget sun screen lotion your cameras and lots of film.
